The Principal Judge, Dr Flavian Zeija, is on a week-long working visit in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

The Principal Judge paid a courtesy call on the Chief Justice of Eswatini Justice Bheki Maphalala who welcomed him to the Eswatini Judiciary and wished him a pleasant stay.

He was also taken through the Insights on the general overview of Eswatini's Judiciary: Its Workings, Operations and Milestones.

The ICT Department delivered a presentation on case data management and performance of judicial officers.

This was followed by a report on management of Sexual and Gender Based Violence cases right from reporting of the case at police to conclusion in Courts of Law.

Justice Dr Zeija was also taken through the general overview of the Innovations and Case Backlog Reduction Strategies in Eswatini's Justice System.

Today, he is touring the Industrial Court of Appeal, Industrial Court, Commercial Court as well as the High Court.
